Chia-Mint + Lime

I decided to add additional self-care this week with family & chia-mint limeade. A nice alley-oop for the weekend ahead.  YWF recipes are all about keeping it simple and practical. Who's got the time?


1 and 1/2 cup of Fresh Lime Juice

1 cup Ice Cold Filtered Water

Simple Syrup or Stevia (fancy pants)

A handful of Chia Seeds

A handful of Mint to your liking 

The Move

Mix the first three ingredients together, sweeten to preference. Add chia-seeds. I didn't place a measured amount because personally, I LOVE the gel effect from the chia seed that turns drinks into a bubble tea and tend to use quite a bit, Ha! If you're getting nervous, about 1/3 or 1/4 cup should do. Ya done!
